Quetta is gearing up to celebrate the Basant festival from February 13 to 15, potentially becoming the second major city after Lahore to revive the lively spring tradition.
The skies are expected to be filled with colorful kites, while markets will be bustling with shoppers buying kites, strings, yellow clothing, and other festive items.
