Under the guidance of Director General Kinza Murtaza, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) conducted a comprehensive training session for its personnel on the E-Filing and Office Automation System (EFOAS). The RDA’s IT Wing organised the session, which represents a significant advancement in the Authority’s initiatives to increase accessibility, efficiency, and transparency.
The goal of the training was to provide officials with the knowledge and abilities necessary to operate EFOAS, a critical component of RDA’s digital transition. The objectives of this system are to decrease paperwork, enhance workflow management, and expedite the filing process.
In order to guarantee that every department is completely compliant with the new digital procedures, the RDA intends to keep providing comparable training courses. The use of EFOAS is crucial for modernising operations and increasing internal efficiency, according to Director General Kinza Murtaza.
