The government has said that it would work with commercial organizations and provincial governments to build more than 250 E-Rozgar facilities throughout the nation. These institutes seek to give talented and industrious young people in tiny cities the necessities so they can take advantage of digital opportunities.
An IT Ministry source stated that the centers will be located in each district, with their distribution determined by the population of each province and information gathered from the 1.2 million freelancers who have signed up with Ignite.
With 149 centers, Punjab is the initiative’s leader, followed by Sindh (51) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (28), Islamabad (11) and Balochistan (6), Azad Kashmir (33) and Gilgit-Baltistan (22). Since its inception, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif’s E-Rozgar centers in Punjab have shown to be extremely beneficial, giving millions of youth the tools they need to enter the digital industry.
It is anticipated that this program would enable even more young people to take advantage of possibilities in the expanding IT industry.
