Honda has officially launched its first electric Bike, the Honda WN7, in Europe. This new model is part of Honda’s long-term plan to achieve carbon neutrality in motorcycles by the 2040s.
A Fun-Focused Electric Design
The Honda WN7 is the company’s first fixed-battery electric naked bike, created for what Honda calls the “Fun segment.” It is the production version of the EV Fun Concept, which was first shown at EICMA 2024 in Milan.
The model name reflects its concept:
- W – “Be the Wind” (development theme)
- N – “Naked”
- 7 – Output class
The starting price is £12,999, which equals around Rs. 49 lakhs in Pakistan.

Honda says the WN7 brings together more than 75 years of motorcycle experience with new EV technology. Some of its main highlights include:
- Range: 130+ km per charge
- Battery: Fixed lithium-ion with CCS2 fast charging (20%–80% in ~30 minutes)
- Home Charging: Full charge in under 3 hours
- Performance: Comparable to 600cc petrol bikes in output and 1000cc models in torque
- Design: Slim and futuristic EV styling
- Technology: 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync smartphone connectivity
