According to the statement, Qatar considers the attack a clear breach of international legal principles and warned that such actions threaten the security and stability of the Middle East. The ministry expressed deep concern over the rising tensions and emphasized the need to avoid any steps that could further worsen the situation.
Qatar also rejected the justifications presented by the Islamic Republic of Iran for targeting countries within the region. Officials stressed that attacks against neighboring states cannot be justified under any circumstances and that countries must respect each other’s sovereignty and security.
