According to the official report, serious crimes dropped by 52% during the first 11 months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, reflecting major improvements in law and order.
The statistics highlight notable reductions in multiple crime categories. Robbery cases decreased by 49%, while mugging incidents fell sharply by 73%, indicating safer streets for citizens. Additionally, calls to Rescue 15 dropped by 73%, suggesting fewer emergency situations and better overall public security. Theft cases also declined by 30%, further strengthening the perception of improved safety in the city.

DIG Operations Faisal Kamran credited this progress to strong government backing, the adoption of modern policing technology, and the tireless efforts of Lahore Police personnel.
