Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation with Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, during which both leaders discussed the evolving regional situation and recent diplomatic developments involving the United States and Iran.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two foreign ministers reviewed the current geopolitical landscape and expressed cautious optimism over the reported progress toward an understanding between Washington and Tehran. They noted that such diplomatic engagement could play a key role in reducing regional tensions.
Both sides welcomed the encouraging signs emerging from ongoing diplomatic efforts and emphasized that continued dialogue could contribute to long-term peace and stability in the broader region.
