Pakistan's Exports Surge 10.52% to $16.5B in H1 FY2024-25

Pakistan’s exports have soared to $16.5 billion in the first half of fiscal year 2024-25, marking an impressive 10.52% increase from $14.9 billion in the same period last year, according to official data.

December 2024 alone saw exports hit $2.841 billion, a slight but steady 0.28% rise from November. Over the July-November period, exports surged to $13.6 billion, reflecting a robust 12.5% growth rate.

This sustained growth highlights the impact of effective economic stability measures put in place this fiscal year, reinforcing Pakistan’s positive external trade momentum.

The consistent upward trajectory in exports signals not just a recovery but a strengthening of the country’s trade position. With steady month-on-month increases in export values throughout the latter part of 2024, the numbers align with the government’s strategic efforts to boost international trade and stabilize the economy.

These figures show Pakistan’s trade sector is not just holding steady but accelerating—setting the stage for continued global engagement and economic growth
