The federal government has officially issued the notification for a 7% salary increase for all federal civil servants from BPS-1 to BPS-22, effective July 1, 2026. The notification formally implements the salary package announced in the Federal Budget 2026–27.

In addition to the pay raise, the government has merged the 15% Adhoc Relief Allowance (2022) and the 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance (2025) into the basic pay of all federal employees.
