The Cabinet Division confirmed that 21 diplomatic gifts were presented to high-ranking government officials between March and June 2026. In accordance with the Toshakhana rules, all gifts received by the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister have been officially deposited in the Toshakhana and are currently undergoing a valuation process.

Officials stated that the assessment will determine the market value of each item. Under Pakistan’s Toshakhana regulations, recipients may retain certain gifts after paying the prescribed amount based on their assessed value. Otherwise, the items will remain part of the official Toshakhana collection.

The release of the latest Toshakhana record reflects the government’s effort to maintain transparency regarding gifts received by public office holders during official visits and diplomatic meetings. The final decision on whether any of the items will be retained by the recipients will be made once the valuation process is completed in accordance with the applicable rules.
